So far I’ve seen it across from City Hall on Granville.
(on Granville, between Minoru and No 3 Road!)

My husband made good use of the long weekend and got out of town.
We flew out to Calgary, stayed the night, then drove home. It’s amazing how beautiful our country is. (BC in particular of course!!!!)

I just couldn’t get over the beauty of the mountains!

A lot more flat than the Rockies!

We stopped at “Jack Astors” for lunch. I couldn’t get over all the Elvis stuff!!!!

After that we headed out to Springbank Airport. We have a friend who is a flight instructor out there, and he offered to take us up in a little (VERY LITTLE) plane.

So… again, in the air we went!
(this was a little bit more nerve racking than flying Westjet!!!!)
Especially since my husband was allowed to fly – with NO experience!
