Lauren’s Much Anticipated Arrival – Richmond, BC Newborn Photography

“The longer you wait for something, the more you’ll appreciate it when you get it. Because anything worth having, is definitely worth waiting.”

…And wait they did. It took four long years to finally get the opportunity to have their newborn session with me today. This session was so incredibly special to me – 1 in 6 couples struggle with infertility… and you usually have no idea about their rough and winding path to parenthood. I have admired Lauren’s momma’s strength for years, and it was such a pleasure to celebrate this special milestone with her, and her beautiful family.

By all accounts Lauren is a miracle. She is such a special little girl who is destined to do amazing things in life. She was the perfect little angel today while photographing her… no cries, not even a flinch until HOURS into the session! I couldn’t help but just watch her in awe. Thanks so much for sharing her with me today. You are going to be the most amazing parents, Lauren is so lucky to have you.
