It’s not very often that I don’t meet with a bride and groom before the wedding…. it’s usually over a cup of coffee or at the latest at the engagement session. But Roger and Sabrina have that beat – we met up the day before the wedding after corresponding through email and the phone all the way from Switzerland! They arrived in their home-away-from-home city of Vancouver only a few days before the wedding and got all of the last minute details wrapped up.
Sabrina and Roger have had a love for Vancouver for quite some time. They’ve been her visiting six times in the last 10 years, even living here and studying English. I loved how the wedding was so very much THEM and their love for the city. The ceremony was at the park their old apartment looked over, and the reception was on Grouse Mountain – the view from their old home. Such an amazing day!
Congratulations Roger & Sabrina! I hope you come back to Vancouver to visit even more now 🙂
